This online training program is designed to review and document competency in clinical practice specifically for MAs and HAs who work in PCS at Harborview. This online program consists of the following six modules:

1. Fall Prevention
2. Patient Safety
3. Pediatric Measurement (Only for units that treat pediatric patients)
4. Pressure Ulcers
5. 2005 AHA BLS Updates
6. Point of Care Testing

To navigate through this program, you should know:

• The right column is where you will find a link to each of the nine modules. To go to any one of the modules click on its name. 
• The modules do not have to be taken in any particular order.
• Following each module is a link to the module's quiz. Click on the link to take the quiz. 
• Once you are finished with a module and quiz, please move on to the next module. To do this, close the window with the quiz confirmation.  Select the next module.

• In order to complete the online program, you must take the quiz after each module.
• When you link to the quiz, it will open in a new window. 
• After answering the questions, click on "Next."
• The next screen that appears will show you what answers you chose. If you are satisfied with your answers, click on "Submit Responses."
• The next screen that appears includes answers to each of the questions. Please read through this page carefully to ensure your knowledge of the subject matter.
• There is no score assigned to the quizzes.
• Disregard the directions at the top of the screen that asks you to record or print your confirmation number. Completion of each module and quiz is being documented electonically.
• When you are ready to move onto the next module, close the window with the quiz confirmation.  Select the next module.
